SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on July 6, 2006, Shemeka Bradford, Single Borrower executed a certain deed of trust to Kirk Smith, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for SouthStar Funding, LLC, its successors and assigns which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, State of Mississippi in Book 488 at Page 556; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust by instrument dated September 21, 2017 and recorded in Book 2017 at Page 2231 and re-recorded in Book 2017 at Page 2544 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Massey, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated October 13, 2017 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 2 at Page 309 and re-recorded in Book 2 at Page 492; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Shapiro & Massey, LLC, Substituted Trustee in said deed of trust, will on December 28, 2017 offer for sale at public outcry and sell within legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.), at the West Door of the County Courthouse of Tallahatchie County, located at Charleston, Mississippi, to the highest and best bidder for cash the following described property situated in Tallahatchie County, State of Mississippi, to-wit: 
Beginning at an iron bar 26.11 feet South and 229.08 feet East of the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 24 North, Range 1 East; thence North 88 degrees 31' 05" East along the Northerly boundary of a public gravel road for a distance of 77.81 feet; thence South 82 degrees 14' 53" East along said boundary for a distance of 89.02 feet; thence North 03 degrees 43' 04" East for a distance of 195.20 feet to the center of Tippo Bayou; thence North 52 degrees 25' 09" West along the center line of Tippo Bayou for a distance of 156.53 feet; thence South 09 degrees 52' 40" West for a distance of 338.47 feet to the point of beginning; enclosing one (1) acre in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 24 North, Range 1 East, First Judicial District, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, together with all improvements thereon. 
Subject to all prior mineral reservations and rights of way for pipelines, public roads and utilities.
I WILL CONVEY only such title as vested in me as Substituted Trustee.

WHEREAS, on March 24, 2017, Dana Smith, executed a Deed of Trust to Lance D. Tennyson, Trustee for Alec Nelson, which Deed of Trust is recorded in Book 2017 at Page 643 in the office of the Chancery Clerk for the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi; and,
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust and the entire indebtedness secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable pursuant to the terms of said Deed of Trust, and Alec Nelson, the holder of the note and Deed of Trust having requested the undersigned Trustee so to do, I will on the 18th day of December, 2017 offer for sale at public outcry and sell during legal hours between the hours of 11 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., at the West Front Door at the Courthouse for the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, at Charleston, Mississippi, for cash to the highest and best bidder, the following described land and property, situated in the First Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, to wit:

Clark and wife, Betty Jean Clark, on May 22, 1964, and found of record in the land records of Tallahatchie County, First Judicial District, at Deed Book 239, page 291.
I will convey on such title as is vested in me as Trustee.
