You have been made parties to a Petition to Determine Heirs of Robert Lee Grant, Deceased, filed in the Chancery Court of the Second Judicial District, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, by Kishia Moton, for and on behalf of all known Heirs-at-Law.
You are hereby summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed against you in this action at 9:30 A.M. on the 12TH  day of January, 2018, in the Chancery Courtroom of the Coahoma County Courthouse at Clarksdale, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF Tallahatchie 1st
WHEREAS, on the 12th day of April, 2006, Robert M. O'Bryant and spouse Margaret M. O'Bryant, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto Debera Bridges, Trustee for Citifinancial Real Estate Services, Inc., Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie 1st County, Mississippi in Book 487 at Page 611; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 2017 at Page 1426; and 
WHEREAS, on 13th day of October, 2015, a Partial Release of Deed of Trust was filed, by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 2015 at Page 3198; and
WHEREAS, on the 28th day of September, 2015 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye Courteau as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in  Book 2 at Page 420; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 4th day of January, 2018, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the west door on the steps of the Tallahatchie 1st County Courthouse at Charleston, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Tallahatchie 1st County, Mississippi, to-wit:

One (1) acre of land lying in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, East of the old Rosebloom and Centerpoint Road, Choctaw Meridian, Tallahatchie County, in State of Mississippi, more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, Choctaw Meridian, Tallahatchie County, State of Mississippi, thence West for 1214 feet, more or less, to a point located on the Easterly side of the Old Rosebloom and Centerpoint Road, thence South 31 degrees West for 410 feet, thence South 2 degrees East for 140 feet, thence South 44 degrees East for 450 feet to an iron pin located on the Easterly side of the Old Rosebloom and Centerpoint Road, which is the Point of Beginning.  Fram the Point of Beginning, thence North 38 degrees West for 225 feet; thence North 52 degrees East for 194 feet; thence South 38 degrees East for 225 feet; thence South 52 degrees West for 194 feet to the Point Of Beginning.
AND ALSO:
That certain real property contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 307, Page 7, on 07/06/1978, located in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Beginning on the East boundary of a certain Public road at a point located 15.19 chains West of the Southeast corner of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, First Judicial District, Tallahatchie County, State of Mississippi; run thence East 15.19 chains; thence run North 6.58 chains; thence run West 18 chains more or less to the East boundary of the said Public road; thence run Southerly along the East boundary of the said Public road to the Point of Beginning, enclosing 10.3 acres, more or less, in the NE 1/4 of  the said Section 23.
AND ALSO:
That certain real property contained in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 307, Page 71, on 08/10/1978, located in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, to-wit:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of Section 23, Township 23 North, Range 3 East, First Judicial District, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi; run thence South along a fence in place for 19.92 chains run thence West 1.78 chains; run thence North 6.58 chains; run thence West 12.57 chains; run thence North 13.38 chains to a certain fence; thence run East along the said fence 14.21 chains, more or less to the Point of Beginning, enclosing 20 acres, more or less, in the NE 1/2 of the said Section 23.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
