Circuit clerk's offices to be open two Saturday mornings


As the countdown to the Nov. 7 general election begins in earnest, the circuit clerk’s offices in Charleston and Sumner will fulfill a state mandate by being open to the public from 8 a.m. until noon on the last two Saturdays prior to the election.
