Callender honored upon retirement


Recently retired longtime executive director of the Charleston Arts and Revitalization Effort, Glenna Callender, beams after CARE supporter Winston Wolfe of Memphis (right) announced at her retirement celebration that he was donating $5,000 to the organization in her honor.
