SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, on June 5, 2014, Donald L. Box and Mary K. Box, his wife, executed a deed of trust to FNC Title Services, LLC, Trustee for the benefit of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as Nominee for American Advisors Group, its successors and assigns, which deed of trust is recorded in Deed of Trust Book 2014 at Page 1581 in the Office of the Chancery Clerk of the County of Tallahatchie, First Judicial District, State of Mississippi; and     
WHEREAS, the aforesaid deed of trust was assigned to American Advisors Group by instrument dated June 6, 2017, and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Book 2017 at Page 1330; and
WHEREAS, the aforesaid, American Advisors Group, the holder of said deed of trust and the note secured thereby, substituted Underwood Law Firm PLLC, as Trustee therein, as authorized by the terms thereof, by instrument dated September 22, 2017 and recorded in the Office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Substitution of Trust Book 2 at Page 489; and
