TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated June 28, 2007, and recorded in the Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, Chancery Clerk’s office, in Book 348, at Page 56, of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in said county and state, Aundra G. Locke and Feleciette Cox Locke, did grant and convey unto Robert M. Tyner, Jr. as Trustee for West Tallahatchie Habitat for Humanity, Inc, Beneficiary, the property therein described, to secure the promissory note therein referred to, and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust, and the entire balance having been declared due and payable, and having been requested by the owner of said indebtedness and Deed of Trust so to do, I, Robert M. Tyner, Jr., Trustee, will, on April 11, 2017, between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., being the legal hours of sale, offer for sale public auction for cash to the highest and best bidder at the north front door of the Tallahatchie County Courthouse in the City of Sumner, Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, the following described property located and situated in Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, being the same property described in said Deed of Trust, to-wit:
Lot 17, Habitat Subdivision, Town of Tutwiler, Second Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, State of Mississippi, as shown by Plat of said Subdivision on file in the office of the Chancery Clerk at Sumner, Mississippi, and Subdivision being located in Section Twenty (20), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Two (2) West, Second Judicial District of Tallahatchie County, Mississippi.
The sale of said property will be subject to all taxes which are a lien on the said property, to any state of facts an accurate survey of said premises would reveal, and to all recorded restrictions, rights of way and easements for public roads and public utilities, and to any prior conveyances or reservation of mineral interests of every kind and character, including, but not limited to, oil, gas, sand and gravel in or under subject property.
With the said exceptions, the title to the above described property is believed to be good, but as Trustee, I will convey only such title as is vested in me as Trustee.

Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2014 Water System Improvements will be received by CASCILLA WATER ASSOCIATION, INC., at the office of the ENGINEER, GREENWOOD ENGINEERING, 50 COURT SQUARE, CHARLESTON, MS, until 10:00 AM local time on May 1, 2017 at which time the Bids received will be publically opened and read.  The Project consists of constructing Contract “A”—300 GPM Water Well bearing in the Upper to Middle Wilcox Aquifer; Contract “B”—100,000 gallon elevated tank with controls; and Contract “C” Tie to Paynes Water Association for backup source.
Separate Bids will be received for Contract “A”—300 GPM  & 150 GPM Water Well bearing in the Upper to Middle Wilcox Aquifer with Site Grading, Well House, & Controls; Contract “B”—100,000 gallon elevated tank with controls;  Bids shall be on unit price basis.
