You have been made a Defendant in the suit filed in this Court by S & S Properties, LLC, Plaintiff, seeking confirmation and quieting of title, and various other relief.  The real property which is the subject of this Complaint is described as follows:

Champion, in his capacity as District Attorney for Tallahatchie County, Mississippi.

WHEREAS, by deed of trust dated June 28, 2007, and recorded in the Tallahatchie County, Mississippi, Chancery Clerk’s office, in Book 348, at Page 56, of the Records of Mortgages and Deeds of Trust on Land in said county and state, Aundra G. Locke and Feleciette Cox Locke, did grant and convey unto Robert M. A complete set of bid documents must be obtained from the office of Greenwood Engineering, 50 Court Square, Charleston, MS, 38921, upon payment of $125.00 for each set, PRE-PAID, NON-REFUNDABLE.  (CONTRACTORS SUBMITTING A BID MUST BE ON ENGINEER’S BIDDERS LIST FOR BID TO BE OPENED).
The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any and all bids.
Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, for and subject to the conditions provided in the Notice and Instructions to Bidders.
Bidders must comply with Section 3, of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Davis Bacon Act, the Anti- Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
