WHEREAS, on August 18, 1998, Jimmie Lee, unmarried executed a certain deed of trust to Robert D. Harrison, Trustee for the benefit of Affordable Mortgage Corp. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie County, State of Mississippi in Book 422 at Page 13; and
WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-RP2 by instrument dated November 18, 2016 and recorded in Book 2016 at Page 3347 of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's office; and
WHEREAS, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-RP2 has heretofore substituted Shapiro & Massey, LLC as Trustee by instrument dated December 6, 2016 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk's Office in Book 2 at Page 478; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said deed of trust and the entire debt secured thereby having been declared to be due and payable in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association fka The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Residential Asset Mortgage Products, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates Series 2005-RP2, the legal holder of said indebtedness, having requested the undersigned Substituted Trustee to execute the trust and sell said land and property in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust and for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney's fees, trustee's fees and expense of sale.

All interested public and private transit and paratransit operators in Coahoma, Tunica, Quitman, and Tallahatchie Counties, are hereby advised that the Region One Mental Health is applying to the Mississippi Department of Transportation, Jackson, Mississippi, for a grant under Section 5310 of the Federal Public Transportation Act, as amended, for the provision o f Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Services within Coahoma, Tunica, Quitman, and Tallahatchie Counties.  This program consists of providing transportation to seniors and individuals with disabilities receiving services at Region One Mental Health in the defined four county areas.  The purpose of this notice is to advise all interested parties, including transit and paratransit operators, of the service being planned for providing transportation services for the elderly and disabled within the area as described above, and to ensure that such a program would not represent a duplication of current or of proposed services provided by existing transit or paratransit operators in the area.
