Seconded by Alderman Garner
A vote was called for on the motion with the following results at July 10, 2016 Regular Session Meeting:

SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
STATE OF MISSISSIPPI
COUNTY OF Tallahatchie 2nd
WHEREAS, on the 31st day of August, 2005, Reginald Moore and Debbie Ann Waters, executed and delivered a certain Deed of Trust unto William R Sanders, Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc as nominee for Decision One Mortgage Company, LLC, Beneficiary, to secure an indebtedness therein described, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tallahatchie 2nd County, Mississippi in Book 339 at Page 561; and
WHEREAS, on the 11th day of August, 2014, the Holder of said Deed of Trust filed a Loan Modification Agreement of Deed of Trust by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk of Court in  Deed of Trust Book 2014 at Page 774; and
WHEREAS, by various assignments on record said Deed of Trust was ultimately assigned to PROF-2013-S3 Legal Title Trust, by U.S. Bank National Association, as Legal Title Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Deed of Trust Book 2016 at Page 417; and 
WHEREAS, on the 7th day of April, 2017 the Holder of said Deed of Trust substituted and appointed Emily Kaye Courteau as Substitute Trustee by instrument recorded in the office of the aforesaid Chancery Clerk in Substitution of Trustee Book 2 at Page 284; and
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payments of the indebtedness secured by the said Deed of Trust, and the holder of said Deed of Trust, having requested the undersigned so to do, on the 17th day of August, 2017, I will during the lawful hours of between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., at public outcry, offer for sale and will sell, at the front steps of the Tallahatchie 2nd County Courthouse, North side at Sumner, Mississippi, for cash to the highest bidder, the following described land and property situated in Tallahatchie 2nd County, Mississippi, to-wit:

Bailey Webb Lot as shown on the plat of the Town of Webb, which is the point of beginning; thence South 35 degrees 58 minutes 12 seconds West 14.97 feet to an iron; thence North 44 degrees 10 minutes 59 seconds West 157.42 feet along a fence to an iron; thence North 55 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 195.00 feet to the edge of Cassidy Bayou; thence North 55 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East 120.62 feet to the center of Cassidy Bayou; then South 53 degrees 42 minutes 45 seconds East 158.13 feet along the center of the bayou; thence South 55 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds West 120.00 feet to the edge of the bayou; thence South 55 degrees 29 minutes 56 seconds West 206.45 feet to the point of beginning and containing 1.13 acres as shown on the attached plat.
I will only convey such title as is vested in me as Substitute Trustee.
